Barrier Technologies
This is our first business. We started in 2013 & have grown at a steady pace since. We've done a couple acquisitions within this business as well.
We are the best specialty contractor out there for Firestopping, Fireproofing, Air barriers, Water proofing, & more in the commercial space.
Squatch Roofing
Some of our businesses we buy, but some we start. Squatch is one of those businesses we started from Scratch.
We saw an opportunity with Roof Maxx & after working as a dealer we decided we should start installing new roofs as well because not all roofs qualify for roof maxx.
High Point Gutter
In 2021 we were meeting with the owner of High Point & he was thinking about adding a partner.
In 2022 we decided to take on that role with them! It has been a great ride.
High Point is the best gutter company in the North Seattle market.
Sta-built Construction
In 2021 we were looking for businesses for sale & came across Sta-built. They were in a very unique situation.
We spent about a year talking with Peter before coming to an agreement on a deal. In June 2022 we added Sta-built over to our team! It has been an adventure & we are incredibly excited about the potential of the team.
